By creating an account or using the RMV platform, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

3. Reviews and Content

Reviews must be:

• Based on genuine personal experience with the veterinarian
• Honest and accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Free of hate speech, threats, or personally identifiable information of others
• Not spam, advertising, or promotional content

We reserve the right to remove reviews that violate these guidelines. By posting content, you grant RMV a non-exclusive license to display it on the platform.

4. Business Owners

Veterinary professionals may claim their business profile after identity verification. Business owners may respond to reviews but may not offer incentives for review removal or post reviews of their own practice.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Create multiple accounts to manipulate ratings
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform without permission
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security

6. Limitation of Liability

RMV provides a platform for sharing veterinary reviews. We do not verify the credentials of listed veterinarians and are not responsible for the quality of veterinary care received. The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
